In individual counseling you will receive one on one attention as we dive into the various parts of you that make you, well you. I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Individual Counseling (EFIT) with individuals, but also utilize techniques from other models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In our sessions we will work together to understand your emotions, relational patterns, and personal goals. Using the principles of EFIT, we’ll delve into the root of your feelings, uncovering underlying issues and exploring how they affect your relationships and personal well-being.

Sessions focus on fostering self-awareness, identifying emotional triggers, and enhancing coping mechanisms. Whether you’re addressing anxiety, depression, or seeking to improve your relationships, individual counseling aims to provide a safe space for self-discovery and growth.

Together we’ll collaboratively navigate your emotional landscape and build a strong foundation for personal growth, self-compassion, and meaningful connections in your life

We will discuss what’s bothering you and how you react to those things. Do you have strong feelings or particular thought processes which make it hard for you to be your best self? Let’s talk about it and find out together.
